Most of us more often than we’d like to admit get truly overwhelmed by life & barely know how to even begin to make heads or tails of everything we need to get done. Let alone set aside time for the all important ritual of self care.

The obvious answer here is that we need to set some priorities in our lives & most of us are well aware of this but don’t even know where to begin.

This article is exactly about that, how to set some priorities, & stick to them. You will find that once this has been accomplished, all the worries & stress that have been building up inside will seem to magically dissipate. It is truly an amazing positive life transformational step to take.

I am going to suggest a very simple proactive approach that I have implemented in my own life, that you will have access to 24/7. Intrigued?…

Ok, so now I’ll get straight to it. The two things I’ve come across & come up with while in search of my own answers come in the form of two simple life changing apps. Now, I’m not paid or sponsored to suggest these apps, just so you know. I simply came across them in the search for my own answers, & considering how life changing I have found them I thought it’d be nice for others to have the same experience.

The apps are a digital to do list, called To do – A minimal to do list, which enables you to create various lists with various titles for different needs. I have found it extremely versatile & useful for clearing & sorting the million thoughts that pass through my head at various times of the day. I no longer have to worry about trying to remember ideas or things I need to get done.

Now the second app is like a daily schedule app called time spread timetable. You can find both of these apps by searching in the App Store. This app is exactly what the name implies, a time table, or daily schedule if you will.

Now it’s the Magic of how you apply the use of both of these apps together that’s the secret, or the magic of it all, if you will.

Set yourself, or work out your priorities in your to do app, then in your timetable app, allocate a time slot for your various priorities. Once you’ve done this you will find it so freeing! You no longer have to run around with a million thoughts or stresses in your head.

The weight that is lifted is life changing & you can get on enjoying life again, & all the things you enjoy because you will find you have already allocated time to balance all of life’s tasks & little pleasures. You now know you have time to do the things that are important to you because you have made the time with this schedule.

In my schedule I have allocated a time for my various ‘to-do’ lists. I’ve made sure to allocate some time to self care everyday, this includes blocking out time to cook nutritious meals so I’m always optimally fueled for the day. Also cleaning tasks, work, fun & play have special allocated time slots to ensure I have time for everything I need every week.

Trust The Process

A lot of us at times become so focused on the finish line that we lose ourselves in the process. We get so caught up in the what ifs? Which tends to set off a repetitive pattern of needless worrying. As they say, “worrying is like a rocking chair, it will give you something to to do, but leads nowhere”.

What I’m trying to say is that most of the time our worries are unfounded & that everything always  works out at the end of the day. For the most part anyway!

That said, we need to sit back, relax, & trust the process! The universe knows what it’s doing & our incessant worrying over tiny details is only going to do us more harm than good. The universe has your back! Trust the process & everything will work out.

Want proof? Think of something you may have been fretting over a year ago? Perhaps it was difficult, yes.. but did you survive? Did you get through it? Well you are here reading this today so I dare say you did!

Have a little faith & trust in the process & whatever concerns you currently have will seem trivial in a year or so from now, maybe less!

Hopefully reading this has given you a new perspective on any burdens you may be currently carrying.

Simple & Effective Guide On How To Attract More Good Into Your Life

So often we get focused & swept up by all that is happening in our busy day to day lives. Most of the time we don’t even stop to think about any of it, we just carry on with our daily demands & tasks without a second thought. Next thing you know, we are swept up in a whirlwind of stress, & why did this happen, or I wish it wasn’t like this, & the old why did this happen to me, when it feels our world starts to crumble from beneath us & all round us.

Now it doesn’t have to get to that point, ever again. The following tips will help guide you to attract more good into your life & avoid the whirlwind pitfalls of our daily lives.

  1. Let go!

Release & let go of old negative belief systems, thought & behavioural patterns. If you are feeling crappy, more than likely it is a direct result of these things & for things to change, your patterns must change! It is not possible to repeat the same patterns & for it to result in a different outcome. If we want change in any area of our lives, we must do things differently!

2. Focus on the good!

Very simple but effective! Start noticing the beautiful things in your life, your pet, the love of your family & friends, your achievements, a beautiful flower, a beautiful sunset or sunrise, an amazing meal, how comfortable your bed is as you go to sleep at night. By focusing on the good things in life on a regular basis your perspective on life will shift into the positive & by the law of attraction bring more good things into your life!

3. Start a gratitude journal

By writing in a gratitude journal about all the things you are grateful for on a daily basis, you shift your attention to the more positive aspects of life. Your conscious mind will become open to this new perspective the more you apply this practice, thus creating an imprint & the ground work for more positive thoughts to flow. Try to make time for this practice every morning if can & watch the world around you blossom into a wondrous world of your own creation.

4. Set your intentions

Declare to the universe that you are ready to receive more good into your life. By using statements with the prefix “I am”, you connect with the universal consciousness to manifest better things to come your way. “I am perfect health”, “I am boundless energy”, “I am blissfully happy”, Insert any “I am statement your wish to manifest into your physical world & be sure to say your “I am” statement with feeling!

Last but not least take time to enjoy the good in your life!

How To Clear Negative Energy

When we feel, stuck, stagnant, unmotivated & unable to move forward in our lives in a particular area it is a sure indicator that we need to clear out some negative energy.

Personally I am a very strong believer in clearing out any old stuck negative energies, to make room for the new positive flow of energy to usher into my life. Every time I clear this old energy, something new & amazing always comes into my life.

Give it a try for yourself & make room for something new & wonderful to enter your life!

  1. De-clutter!

This cannot be stressed enough! By throwing out or donating things you no longer love, need, or make you feel good, you remove all of the old stagnant energy that was stuck to those ‘things’ from your home & your life. Say bye-bye negative energy!

  1. Clean Under Things

This one is a sure way to get rid of any negative energies that have accumulated & may be looming around. The negative energies are attracted to the dust that has accumulated under objects that don’t get cleaned regularly such as couches, beds & fridges. Give these areas a good clean today & negative energy be-gone!

  1. Burn sage

Burning sage or your preferred smudging stick throughout the home is great for clearing out old stuck negative energies. As you go around the house with your smudging stick be sure to instil your practice with your intentions of clearing out the old energy to make room for the new. Be sure to get the smoke up into all the corners of each room for best results.

  1. Salt Lamps

If you don’t own a salt lamp, I would suggest you invest in one. I have 6 around my house & I couldn’t live without them. Not only are they gorgeous but the benefits are manyfold.

Himalayan salt lamps release negative ions into the air, which purify & can help reduce anxiety & encourage a relaxing atmosphere.

There is beauty and tranquillity in rock salt lamps. They help focus positive energy, like small beacons of positivity, that helps heal negative energy in a space.

  1. Open The Windows

A simple yet effective one. Open up some windows and doors and let out all the negative stagnant energy. This allows fresh air, and fresh energy, to enter back into your home.

  1. Sunlight

For a natural cleanser, get some natural vitamin D from mother nature to help dissipate negative energies. Be sure to stay sun safe!

  1. Swim in saltwater

If you have access to the ocean or a saltwater pool, a quick dip can help. The salt is physically and emotionally cleansing for removing minor psychic debris.

  1. Bath

Finally, last but not least, my favourite, Epsom salt baths. These baths work because the salts are very grounding (think “salt of the earth”) as well as cleansing – they clear away all the toxic, stuck, negative energy. To further clear & balance your energetic system add some aromatherapy to your bath.
