Here in Australia it is almost Spring. A wonderful time of rejuvenation & rebirth for new energies to blossom.
A big clean out is the perfect way to usher in new positive energy for the season!
1. Declutter!
Start by getting rid of anything that no longer serves you. Ask yourself these questions; do I love it? does it make me feel good? have I worn it in the last year? will I actually fix it? (if it’s broken), & is it in alignment with I’m aspiring for? If the answer to these questions is no, then get rid of it! Get rid of any items associated with past negative energy & free them from your home & from your life!
2. Clean out your fridge
Spring is a great time to overhaul our diet & food goals, so jump in & clean out the fridge & the pantry for that matter! Get rid of any processed & junk foods that may be lying around that may be trying to tempt you! Go through & get rid of anything that may have expired. Do up a healthy meal plan & replace with wholesome nutritious food. Your body & waistline will love you for it!
3. Dust
When was the last time you gave your whole house a thorough dusting? Go through & make sure you clean under things you wouldn’t normally where there will sure to be some accumulation (under the bed, couch, fridge, etc.) & clear all the stagnant energies. Also making things a lot more allergy friendly!
4. Wash your windows
A great thing to do in spring to give you a new perspective on things. See the world through new eyes. Let the fresh air in & get rid of any old stagnant energies that may be looming around.
Easiest way to go about things is to do your spring clean room by room, that way is isn’t as overwhelming. Afterwards you’ll feel so much lighter, your environment will be much more stress free & you’ll have cleared space to usher in lots of positive energy!
